I am ecstatic to announce that Angela McKay has joined ONeil Interactive as the Director of Homefiniti Experience. Those of you that know Angela understand why this is big news. If you don’t know Angela, we’re so happy to introduce you to her as part of our team.
As Director of Homefiniti Experience, Angela is responsible for the support system, the community, and the resources that deliver the high-performance Homefiniti experience our clients deserve — today, and on the road ahead.
For as long as I can remember, Angela’s pleasant positive energy has been the most consistent element among the ups and downs of industry events I’ve attended. She possesses a genuine eagerness to help, and is equally ready to accept feedback with grace. Angela embodies the ONeil Interactive cultural motto of “high performance, low ego.”
Many know Angela from her volunteer work in the industry. Angela is a frequent presenter at IBS, an active member of Professional Women in Building (PWB), recipient of the 2020 National Member of the Year PWB Award, and currently serves on the National Sales & Marketing Council (NSMC) Board of Trustees.
Angela earned her undisputed “builder marketing cred” as VP of Client Experience for Lasso CRM. You should know that effectively supporting a CRM, any CRM, is hard. Really hard. Achieving and maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction is a notoriously difficult feat for a CRM. Angela made it look easy for 13 years – a period of time in which Lasso grew to be the most popular CRM in the industry. That kind of growth cannot happen without a community of raving fans. And that community can’t exist without a stellar person, leading a stellar system of support, tools, and a heaping side of client advocacy. Considering how many people Angela has helped along her journey, it’s no surprise she’s the most likable person in home building.
