The ONeil Interactive team continues to grow! In May, we welcomed Ashley Skiratko to the team. Ashley is working closely with Dennis O’Neil as his Executive Assistant. This is a new role within the company and we are excited to watch it evolve. We have seen tremendous growth during the past several months and this role is instrumental in allowing Dennis to focus on the business and continuing to grow the Homefiniti platform.
She’s a pizza connoisseur 🍕and has a love for WWE 🤼‍♂️; we are confident that Ashley is going to fit in nicely with our team đź‘Ś.
We sat down to learn more about her:
What did you do prior to working at ONeil 
Interactive? I worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a Multifamily Real Estate Investment Firm. I was a Realtor in the Baltimore area and also have experience in Journalism.
Where have you lived? Where do you live? I am a born and raised Marylander, currently residing in Glyndon, MD.
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go? I would love to go to Italy someday. I also love the Florida Keys, I am hoping to go again within the next year or so.
Tell us about your pets, family, etc. My Husband Holt and I have two cats, Batman and Mowgli, as well as three dogs, two Frenchies, Lula and Achilles and one rescue mutt, Mally.Â
What’s something fun about you? Your interests, etc. I pride myself on being a self proclaimed pizza connoisseur, my love for pizza is extreme. One thing people always find fun about me is I am a huge WWE wrestling fan.
What’s something that has really surprised you about the homebuilding industry? Coming from a background as a Realtor, I have met with many New Construction Sales Representatives. The amount of knowledge they have surrounding the process of building a new home is crazy. They are true experts in their field!
What are you most excited about doing at ONeil? I am Dennis O’Neil’s first Executive Assistant ever. This excites me because it gives me the opportunity to create such a custom role. We get to work together to create and mold my role into something effective and rewarding.
