Mattea joins ONeil Interactive as a Homefiniti Account Manager, helping our builder clients manage website updates and keep their digital projects moving forward. With a background in both marketing and operations, she understands the coordination required to bring together timelines, content, stakeholders, and all the details that make a project successful.

Before joining ONeil, Mattea worked as a Marketing Advisor for a new homebuilder in the Inland Northwest, where she managed the company’s digital and print marketing, along with ongoing website maintenance. That firsthand builder experience gives her a valuable understanding of our clients’ day-to-day needs and the importance of clear communication, strong organization, and dependable follow-through.

Known throughout her career as a “doer,” Mattea is highly results-oriented and enjoys turning plans into action. She excels at keeping stakeholders aligned, managing priorities, and ensuring key deliverables are completed on time. She was initially surprised by how much project management is involved in homebuilding, but the industry’s constant collaboration quickly became one of her favorite parts of the work.

Originally from Northern California, Mattea was born in Sacramento and raised in Monterey and Pacific Grove. She moved to Spokane, Washington, in 2018 to attend university and continues to call the area home. She and her husband share their home with Teo, a Chihuahua/Xolo mix, and Gideon, their cat. Her parents live nearby, so she also happily claims their golden retriever, goldendoodle, and shih tzu as part of her extended pet family.

Outside of work, Mattea is a lifelong singer and songwriter who regularly performs R&B and jazz throughout Spokane. She also loves spending time outdoors, whether she is hiking, kayaking, bird-watching, or trying something new.

Mattea has recently started exploring more of the world, with trips to Honolulu, Hawaii, and Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Athens, Greece, is next on her wish list and has special meaning because it is where her mother was born.

At ONeil, Mattea is excited to experience the homebuilding industry from a new perspective while helping clients bring their website plans and projects to life. She looks forward to building strong client relationships, collaborating with teams across ONeil, and making sure every detail lands the way it should.
