We’re celebrating! 🍾
Professional Builder Magazine has included Megan English amongst the esteemed Forty Under 40 class of 2020.
Color me biased, but I can’t think of anyone more deserving of this honor. Megan first became part of the home building industry in 2005 as a representative for a new home directory magazine. At the end of 2010, Megan joined ONeil Interactive as its fourth employee, and its first Account Manager. Today, the ONeil Interactive team is four times larger and Megan is unquestionably second-in-command.
Megan plays a major role in establishing and realizing our organizational culture and mission. Megan operates with a sky-high level of emotional intelligence. It is her awareness of self, our mission, our team, and our builders that enchant her audiences. Megan’s status as a company leader is not willed by ego, but earned from those around her that seek her knowledge and understanding. Megan knows that leadership is a service.
I personally rely on Megan’s insight and intuition to fulfill my role. Megan makes me, and those around her, better leaders by living a higher standard for ego-free high-performance.
Don’t just take my word for it. Here are just a few of the many, many amazing statements her colleagues have shared.
I have found Megan to be incredibly passionate about sharing her knowledge. Either on stage at industry events or in personal conversation, she is articulate, brilliant, and funny.
– Will Duderstadt, VP of Corporate Marketing, M/I HomesIn a field that is highly competitive Megan has never lost site of the personal connection it takes to retain clients. She has an abundant amount of energy and her positive attitude is unmatched.
– Chris Hartley, VP of Sales & Marketing, Trendmaker HomesAs a client, I have come to rely on Megan’s take or opinion before I actually make a decision for the company. She is more than a vendor, she has become a trusted ally.
