We’re excited to welcome Christy Perez to ONeil Interactive as our newest Optimization Specialist.

Christy joins the Optimization Team with a well-rounded background in digital marketing, including website content, design, SEO, and account management. Over the past four years, she has worked with businesses across a wide range of industries, helping them improve their digital presence and connect more effectively with their audiences.

Her path into the homebuilding world came when she joined a Colorado homebuilder as an Online Sales and Business Development Consultant. That experience gave her firsthand insight into the home buying journey and sparked a lasting interest in the industry.

“Seeing new homeowners light up on closing day really sticks with you,” Christy says. “It’s such a rewarding process to be part of.”

Working inside a builder organization also gave her a deeper appreciation for the complexity behind every new home.

“From the outside, it’s easy to think of homebuilding as mostly construction, but there’s so much coordination involved — from design and planning to scheduling, trades, and the overall customer experience.”

Supporting Builders Through Optimization

At ONeil Interactive, Christy will work closely with builders to help improve website performance, user experience, and overall digital effectiveness. Her experience across marketing, sales, and the buyer journey provides valuable perspective on how builder websites can better support both teams and homebuyers.

“I’m excited to continue growing in the homebuilding industry and work with a team that helps builders connect with buyers in meaningful ways,” she says.

Originally from Wyoming, Christy attended the University of Wyoming, where she earned both her bachelor’s and post-baccalaureate degrees. She moved to Fort Collins, Colorado in 2019 and now calls it home with her husband Tim, who she met during their freshman year of college, and their two young sons, Milo (4) and Theo (2) and their two dogs Bruce the Corgi and Mosey the Lab-mix.

Life outside of work is busy and active. The family enjoys hiking, camping, and rock climbing together, and they often travel to visit relatives across South Carolina, Wyoming, Idaho, Texas, and Oregon.

If she could travel anywhere next, Christy has her sights set on Ireland, drawn by its rolling green hills, coastal cliffs, and storybook villages.
