Since joining the ONeil Backend Team in 2021, he has specialized in Python and DevOps, bringing a unique, design-first perspective shaped by his background in Human-Centered Design. This approach enables him to bridge the gap between complex backend architecture and seamless, user-friendly experiences.

Outside of the terminal, Chas is an avid athlete who enjoys rock climbing and distance running.
