Core Logic Safe Rent Integration
Minimizing duplicate entry was a core goal of this custom CRM. For many years, A&G Management has happily used Core Logic'c Safe Rent system for applicant credit and criminal background checks. And they used to waste time re-entering a customer's information separately in this system. The custom CRM allows the leasing agents to run an applicant's credit and criminal check directly from the system, using the same great data from Core Logic.
The CRM is seamlessly integrated with Core Logic's Safe Rent, allowing leasing agents full access to the reports they're familiar with, but not requiring a single extra keystroke, maximizing efficiency and minimizing mistakes.
A&G Management has used AMSI to manage leases, rent collection, accounting, and other operational data for a long time. Replacing this system was not an option, and complete integration was an absolute must.
ONeil Interactive built the new custom CRM to leverage all available integration points with AMSI, including complete rental application insertions. This makes generating lease documents a painless process requiring no duplicate entry. Application fee billing and payments, including those collected via the integrated credit card processing system, are auto-inserted into AMSI, too.
