As Office Manager, Jennifer supports the entire ONeil team by managing HR, billing and accounting with efficiency and care. She’s passionate about refining processes - making both people systems and payment systems run seamlessly behind the scenes.

Originally from California and now happily ensconced in Maryland, Jennifer loves working from her wooded homestead, where her husband and dogs provide the best kind of company.
