Ashley joined the ONeil Interactive team in May 2025 as an Executive Assistant to the company’s President, Dennis O’Neil. Prior to this role, she worked as a Realtor in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. Ashley also brings experience from the fast-paced newsroom environment, having worked on the news desks of two local Baltimore television stations, tracking breaking news, coordinating camera crews, scheduling reporter interviews and organizing the day-to-day operations of a newsroom.

A few years ago, when Ashley was exploring a career change, she realized that becoming an Executive Assistant was a perfect match for her strengths. Her past experience had already given her a solid grasp of what it takes to support busy executives, so stepping into this role felt completely natural.

Outside of work, Ashley is a self-proclaimed pizza connoisseur and recently jumped onboard of the sourdough bread making trend. She currently lives in Glyndon, Maryland with her husband Holt; two cats, Batman and Mowgli; and her herd of dogs including three Frenchies, Andre, Achilles and Lula, along with her rescue mutt Mally.
