Always looking for new ways to deliver customized service, Viking wanted a special "client only" login area of their website. ONeil Interactive created that login capability so Viking can share specific information with each of its buyers. Viking Custom Homes now has a private repository of photos and documents that only the buyer can access. Viking's new website adds a custom experience to the custom home building process.

Live Chat & Content Management System

Web users have grown more accustomed to immediate response, making the typical contact from option look like snail mail. ONeil Interactive added a live chat feature to the new Viking website, enabling a website visitor to reach the Viking team immediately on their mobile phone! And, yes, shoppers are using it!

Content Management Systems are not just for large volume builders. Just because smaller builders may not be changing prices and locations every day, deosn't mean they don't want to save money.
