Quickly positioning itself as the premier provider of title services in the mid-atlantic, Lakeside Title needed to update their online image to demonstrate that position. ONeil Interactive was challenged with creating a site that would speak to a number of different user types, and determining the best way to present relevant messages to each one of those visitors. We created a visually compelling homepage, leaving important tasks one-click away, but then created user "dashboards" for the different Lakeside customer types; personalizing the experience for the visitor.

Realtors and Lenders need access to settlement officers fast - whenever, wherever they are. Lost buyers and sellers on their way to settlement need directions. Lakeside Title recognized that their desktop website wasn't going to create the greatest experience for all of its clients and smartly opted to build a mobile-friendly version of its website. Realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers alike can quickly access each Lakeside Title location's contact info and directions in seconds. They can click to call their settlement officers, or even contact a Lakeside attorney, right from the convenience of their smart phone.

Lakeside Title is known as a leader in field when it comes to keeping its customers abreast of the regualry changing regulations around lending and real estate transactions. They share bulletins and hold classes to bring their clients up to speed and in the know. What better way to share and archive all of these bulletins than to distribute them as part of a blog.

Facebook Like Integration

The Lakeside group is a social bunch. They like to have a good time and keep in touch with their clients. It fits perfectly then that Lakeside is super popular on Facebook. To help spread that fact and invite new connections on Facebook, we incorporated the Facebook "Like Box" on most all pages of the new website. This box displays a collection on fan photos, but also allows a visitor to "like" Lakeside Title without ever leaving their website.
